Position Details:
- Correctly identify resin required for a specific mold or finished good.
- Primary responsibility is to ensure quality objectives and standards are maintained, in turn
ensuring customer satisfaction
· Inspect, sort and repack products as needed.
· Perform product and process audits.
· Measure and document SPC as required.
· Uses Precision gauges, calipers, height stress, Rockwell, gloss meter, dial indicator, etc.
· May act as internal auditor for the Quality Department.
· Help to create, train, and maintain Quality Alerts.
· May be required to conduct on-site sorting at customer sites. - 3rd Shift: 11:00pm-7:30am.
- Sunday-Thursday with overtime as needed.
Requirements:
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Ability to lift up to 30lbs.
- Ability to move from standing to bending and back for the duration of shift.
- Ability to work in an environment that may have dust, forklift noises, etc.
- Ability to use and understand Excel, Word, and Email.
- Must have 1-3 years experience.
