**Role Overview:**

CRC Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Controller who will act as the financial cornerstone of our Team. In this vital role, you will oversee and manage the financial aspects of our commercial and high-end residential construction projects.

**Position Requirements:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or Master’s degree preferred.

- At least 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in construction or real estate.

- Understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.

- Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.

- Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking.

**Responsibilities:**

- Oversee daily accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, contracts, change orders and billings.

- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports for accuracy and compliance.

- Collaborate with project managers and senior management on financial planning and cost control.

- Mentor and guide junior accounting staff, nurturing a learning and team-oriented culture.

**Compensation:**

Highly competitive salary, experience-based, with semi-annual performance bonuses.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $140,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
