Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Controller to join our team. As the Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our organization. This includes managing financial concepts, financial management, financial analysis, budgeting, accounts payable, account analysis, double entry bookkeeping, public accounting, account reconciliation, and balance sheet reconciliation. Responsibilities: - Oversee all aspects of the company's financial operations - Develop and implement financial policies and procedures - Prepare and analyze financial statements - Conduct regular financial analysis to identify areas for improvement - Manage the budgeting process and monitor budget variances - Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations - Supervise the accounts payable function and ensure timely payment of invoices - Perform account analysis and reconciliations - Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes - Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Master's degree preferred) - CPA certification is strongly preferred - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role - Strong knowledge of financial concepts and principles - Proficient in financial management and analysis techniques - Experience with budgeting and forecasting processes - Knowledge of accounts payable processes and best practices - Familiarity with double entry bookkeeping and account reconciliation - Previous experience in public accounting is a plus - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Join our team as a Controller and contribute to the success of our organization through your expertise in financial management.
