Corporate Controller

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Controller to join our team.

The Corporate Controller will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our company. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial management, with a strong background in manufacturing. They should possess expertise in QuickBooks, invoicing, accounts payable, cash management, and payroll. International (Asia) and HR experience a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the company's financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Perform the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
• Generate and analyze financial statements (monthly and quarterly), providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Manage cash flow (USD and RMB) and liquidity, optimize working capital, and minimize financial risk.
• Execute invoicing process, ensuring timely and accurate billing to customers.
• Execute accounts payable functions, including vendor management and payment processing.
• Administer payroll activities, including payroll processing, tax filings, and compliance with employment laws.
• Develop and implement internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
• Collaborate with other departments to support strategic initiatives and business objectives.
• Manage relationships with factory’s finance departments.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
• 8-10 years of progressive experience in financial management, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software; advanced Excel skills.
• Experience in Acctivate helpful.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, including GAAP and financial analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• HR experience a plus.
• International experience a plus.
