Job Description:

Pay Range $45hr - $50hr

Responsibilities:

• Ensure general ledger and financial statements are complete and accurate.
• Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, and invoicing functions.
• Manage month end and year end accounting closing processes.
• Ensures month end deadlines are met.
• Ensures financial statements are accurately stated before closing the accounting period.
• Ensure completion of self assessment testing (ASAT) requirements are met.
• Ensure compliance with company and business unit financial reporting requirements.
• Perform general ledger reconciliations and account analysis.
• Responsible for the integrity of the closing process for Oracle and JDE systems.
• Prepare and ensure that all journal entries are prepared in accordance with GAAP and company policy.
• Gather data and prepare reports for key personnel as requested.
• Provide analytical support in order to help drive business decisions: Product Margin Analysis, Working Capital Assessment, Risks & Opportunities, etc.
• Support the financial forecasting, annual planning and bridging activities.
• Assist with analysis and reporting from corporate productivity tracker. 
• Leading, supervising and coaching the development and activities of the accounting team.
