Controller - York, PA
The Opportunity
Our client is a company with very high growth potential that manufactures commercial, industrial, and utility products. They have hired us to seek out a Controller for their York, PA location.
This position is also responsible for evaluating processes and developing initiatives that enable the business to grow while maintaining financial compliance and best practices.
The ideal candidate will have experience:
Providing timely and accurate financial analysis and monthly financial statements.
Supporting third-party accounting firms with annual year-end reviewed financial statements.
Managing and overseeing disbursements, including accounts payable, cash management, payroll, and taxes.
Managing and overseeing accounts receivable activities, including billing and receipts.
Assisting with insurance administration.
Directing effective Human Resources process.
Analyzing and reconciling WIP, job costing, and related activities to support growth plans.
Providing financial analysis and insight to drive business decision-making.
Supporting aggressive growth targets as part of the business leadership team.
Qualifications include:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
5+ years of experience in a senior accounting or financial leadership role
