Summary:
- The Real Estate Lease Administration team is responsible for the management and payment of our client's real estate leases and purchase agreements globally.
- We also ensure proper controls through process and systems to ensure data accuracy and SOX compliance.
- This includes the complete review of all monthly rent files along with lease abstractions completed by a third-party provider.
- Working within the REWS team, the Portfolio Administrator plays a critical role in the processing and maintaining our client's leases and real estate purchases globally.
- The Portfolio Administrator must: be detail-oriented, have strong communication skills, work independently as well as collaboratively across multiple cross functional partners, work efficiently under process in a fast-paced environment, be able to take on a variety as they arise, drive processes and standards in order to ensure data accuracy, work on systems enhancements, and program efficiency.
- Execute on day-to-day lease administration processes, which includes review of the lease or purchase documents, abstraction into the lease database to ensure data accuracy, review payments, and be involved with system enhancements.
- Communicate and respond to requests from internal and external parties and resolve escalations in a timely manner.
- Advise internal business groups on the processes, policies, and procedures on our process for administering leases globally.
- BA/BS or equivalent practical experience.
- 4+ years' work experience / expertise in real estate, lease administration, finance, legal or a related field.
- Experience in drafting or administrating real estate leases.
- Proven ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment, and drive complex operational initiatives to resolution.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Specific Tools or Applications experience: Tririga, Salesforce.
