About the Role:
As a Contracts Administrator, you will be trusted to manage the full lifecycle of our contracts from pre-RFP review and pricing support to ensuring compliance with all associated regulations and requirements during contract execution through contract close-out.

Location:
You will work East Coast business hours remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of contracts, including negotiation, drafting, execution, and closure.
- Review contract terms, conditions, and requirements to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including project managers, legal teams, and finance departments, to facilitate contract execution and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Monitor contract performance, milestones, and deliverables to ensure adherence to agreed-upon terms.
- Prepare reports and documentation related to contract status, modifications, and renewals.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all contracts and related correspondence.
- Develop working relationships with both internal and external customers.
- Participate in internal, partner, and customer meetings as required.
- Identify risks and recommend mitigation actions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in contract administration, in a federal government contracting environment.
- Experience with specific government contracting regulations (e.g., FAR).
- In-depth knowledge of contract laws, regulations, and compliance standards.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- US citizenship
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Contract Management (e.g., CPCM, CFCM).
- Experience with GSA MAS and OASIS regulations and reporting.
