Job Description:
Unicare Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Contract Specialist to join our team. This remote position involves critical work in negotiating, drafting, and monitoring contracts in the home health and hospice sectors across California and Arizona.
Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and draft various contracts and agreements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with branch leaders, sales teams, and other stakeholders.
- Manage contract renewals, modifications, and terminations.
- Monitor contract performance and ensure adherence to terms.
- Provide support and guidance on contract-related matters.
Salary:
Salary is based upon experience and qualifications. The approximate range is $72,570 - $86,850 annually.
