Contract Sales Consultant

Are you a people person who would like to help Ridgebow grow the eastern US market? Do you have a vast network of small businesses? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contract Sales Consultant to bring the company warm leads. As a Contract Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving business growth by introducing new clients who are looking to outsource their Accounting, Payroll, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition and/or Tax Preparation functions. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales, has strong leadership skills, and enjoys building and maintaining client relationships.

- Identify new business opportunities for Ridgebow, LLC and develop relationships with potential clients

- Use your market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth

- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability

- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to Ridgebow management.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in outside sales

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills

- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities

- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships

- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events
