Job Description:
- Publish documents and other specification documents according to establish process and applicable electronic publishing standards.
- Perform document quality control checks promptly communicating irregularities in documents and coordinating issue resolution.
- Provide day-to-day department support activities as necessary to aid completion of documents.
- Provide support for Packaging Engineers in various systems particularly specifications and standards.
- Create and modify specifications and standards as directed/ needed.
- Track changes and develop system for department reporting.
- Support conversion of documents into new products and Packaging Art Work Change Management (ePADEx system); SAP support.
- Develop understanding and maintain knowledge of appropriate standard operating procedures (SOPs), regulations, policies, and regulatory guidance documents; and may be responsible for other projects and responsibilities as assigned.

- Access and Knowledge to create Packaging Specifications.

- Design work for new formats:
- Cartons, Trays, Shippers, Handles, UPC Stickers, Boots, SIOC's
- Enovia specs
- TUP's, SPS's, MCUP's, MCOP's, Packing instructions, FPP's, PMP's, Artwork, Shipper art outside RTA, RTA (Real Time Artwork)
- Webcenter
- CIC
- Tech specs
- Final art approval
- EO testing support
- First time receipt sign offs
- COA support Highly Restricted
- Supplier follow ups with quality issues at start up (outside of SQL)
- PSU list items
- Spec review
- Spec approval
- Document reviews (protocols and approvals)
- On floor start up support
- Physical measurements for CWM product verification
