What will you do in this job?:- Partner with hiring managers and the People & Culture team to understand staffing requirements and priorities.
- Identify, source, and screen candidates through resume reviews and interviews.
- Lead seamless interview coordination, providing candidates with a positive and memorable experience.
- Offer guidance to hiring managers on refining interview techniques and adopting best practices for effective recruitment.
- Collaborate with People & Culture and hiring managers to create and extend offers to selected candidates.
- Cultivate ongoing candidate engagement, keeping individuals enthused throughout the recruitment journey.
- Achieve and exceed key performance indicators, driving candidate engagement and progression through the recruitment pipeline.
- Assist in the onboarding process, as reviewed during your onboarding, to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Communicate to Talent Acquisition leadership to boost application flow for roles experiencing lower volumes.
- Prior experience recruiting for hourly position in the hospitality or similar industry required.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of collaboration.
- Prior experience working with iCIMS applicant tracking system is helpful.
- Ability to work non-traditional hours to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Great attention to detail while handling a high volume of transactions.
This position is based in our Anchorage, Alaska office.
