Contract PowerPoint and Google Slides Presentation Designer (Part-time, Remote)

CMB is a client-centric and highly consultative insights agency seeking a Contract PowerPoint and Google Slides Presentation Designer to help with PowerPoint and Google Slides report creation. This role will bring the client story to life through well-crafted visual narratives for F500 organizations.
The Contract PowerPoint and Google Slides Presentation Designer is a 15 hour per week (with flexibility to increase) and will support project teams and other team members. This is a 6-week contract starting in March 2024 with the potential of an extension. This is a fully remote position, reporting to CMB’s AVP, Marketing.
Essential Duties
PowerPoint and Google Slides Assistance

• Strong and strategic creative storytelling ability
• Create inspiring and eye-catching presentations and collateral
• Clean-up formatting and structure of analyst-created slides
• Create and/or update charts using existing chart templates
• Predict which charts are appropriate for the data provided
• Create visuals that convey research results effectively and concisely
• Add graphic elements and visual enhancements, where appropriate
• Maintain consistency of fonts, formatting, styles and placements
• Effectively use slide layouts, content placeholders, template palettes to ensure overall consistency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, graphic design, communications or related industry preferred
• Experience in professional services and/or the market research industry preferred
• Advanced level of proficiency in PowerPoint and Google Slides is a requirement
• Proficiency in Keynote and Adobe Suite a plus
• Experience working with charts, tables and graphs
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and deadline sensitive
• Ability to clearly communicate data and ideas visually
• Ability to produce work that is creative but adheres to predetermined branding standards
• Strong time-management and communication skills
• A positive, hard-working collaborative attitude and the ability to work professionally other internal partners
• Understanding of both print and digital production workflows
• Able to multitask and maintain deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
