Company Information: Sunbelt Staffing, a nationwide healthcare staffing agency, is excited to partner with a prominent nationwide Home Health agency in Metairie, LA. We are in search of a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for a 13-week contract.

Contract Details:

• Job Type: Contract (13 weeks)
• Location: Metairie, LA
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, occasional weekends and on-call (typically one weekend per month)
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Compensation:Competitive hourly pay (negotiable based on experience and territory)

Job Requirements:

• Active LouisianaRN License
• Active American Heart Association BLS or American Red Cross BLS
• At least 1 year of recent Home Health experience
• Oasis and Homecare Homebase experience (mandatory)

Job Duties:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments in the comfort of their homes, ensuring their healthcare needs are met with empathy and expertise.
• Create tailored care plans and deliver skilled nursing interventions to enhance patients' well-being.
• Utilize Oasis and Homecare Homebase for meticulous documentation and effective communication.
• Work closely with our interdisciplinary team, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to provide holistic care.
• Empower patients and their families with education on health management and self-care, ultimately improving their quality of life and overall well-being.
