The Contract Compliance Specialist(CCS) is based in Herndon, Virginia and follows a hybrid schedule (3 days/week on site).

This key compliance position is responsible for oversight and administration of the federal contracting process across our organization. This role will work with our business development, compliance, legal and operations teams to ensure all aspects of the contracting process meet requirements, beginning to end on new contracts as well as all contract renewals. Candidates be familiar with GSA Schedules, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FARs), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARs), False Claims Act, and the Service Contract Act (SCA).

The CCS will use various databases as a part of routine contract administration and to pull, analyze and produce reports. Ideal candidates will:

1. Possess Contract Complianceexperience working in the federal space

2. Be comfortable with contract/subcontract reporting requirements

3. Demonstrate strong excel skills

4. Be able to conduct detailed audits

5. Have an exceptional eye for detail

6. Work well in a deadline driven environment.
