Job Description:

First Stop Health is looking for a Contract Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis to assist the Contract Counsel and Compliance Officer with ongoing contracting projects with the expectation to later assist in contract drafting and negotiations.

A successful Contract Administrator will demonstrate a strong attention to detail and possess previous contract review and drafting experience. This position will require coordinating with various company personnel, including sales, account management, technology and engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Review existing customer contracts to create a detailed log of contract terms

• Assist with the preparation and execution of physician independent contractor agreements

• Prepare customer contracts under the guidance of the Contract Counsel

• Negotiate contract terms with internal and external business partners

• Explain terms and conditions to managers and interested parties

• Maintain organized system of physical and digital records, including a contracts database

Requirements:

• At least 2 years’ experience as a Contract Administrator, contract manager or a similar role

• Knowledge of legal requirements and contract language

• Excellent writing skills

• Keen attention to detail

• Strong organizational skills

• Knowledge of US healthcare law a plus

• Previous experience with Salesforce and SharePoint preferred but not required
