Continuous Improvement Manager (Direct Hire) - Now Hiring

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Continuous Improvement Manager for a company in Everett. This individual will be optimizing production processes from design to manufacturing, ensuring efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness. Responsibilities include overseeing projects, designing processes and equipment, evaluating and improving existing systems, and implementing enhancements to boost sustainability, productivity, quality, and profitability. This is a Full-Time Direct Hire Opportunity.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000 per year

Shift: Full-Time / Day position

Requirements:

• BS in Engineering or related field

Skills:

• Strong analytical and math skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to influence change
• Attention to detail
• Problem-solving proficiency
• Proficiency in computer and IT
• Knowledge of process engineering software.
