We are hiring a Chaplain to join our Continuing Care Team. The Chaplain will provide direction, oversight, and coordination of pastoral services in Continuing Care (skilled nursing, long-term care, assisted living, and memory care).
Compensation: Commensurate with experience starting at $45,000/annually.
How you will make an impact:
- Providing non-denominational spiritual guidance and support to residents.
- Conducting spiritual assessments.
- Providing therapeutic support through spiritual and religious interventions.
- Conducting administration of religious sacraments/rites by request.
- Collaborating with staff to conduct memorial services.
- Acting as a liaison between Pastoral Ministries and Continuing Care team.

What you will need:
- Master’s degree; four units completed in a Clinical Pastoral Education Program.
- Ordination credentials or endorsement by a faith community are preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years work experience in a chaplain role in hospice, hospital, or skilled nursing facility.
- Accredited chaplaincy certification or in progress.
