Continuing Care Chaplain

Seabrook is a beautiful 98-acre Continuing Care retirement community located in the picturesque Monmouth County neighborhood of Tinton Falls—just six miles from the Jersey Shore. We are hiring a Chaplain to join our Continuing Care Team. The Chaplain will provide direction, oversight, and coordination of pastoral services in Continuing Care (skilled nursing, long-term care, assisted living, and memory care).

Compensation: Commensurate with experience starting at $45,000/annually.

How you will make an impact:

• Providing non-denominational spiritual guidance and support to residents.
• Conducting spiritual assessments.
• Providing therapeutic support through spiritual and religious interventions.
• Conducting administration of religious sacraments/rites by request.
• Collaborating with staff to conduct memorial services.
• Acting as a liaison between Pastoral Ministries and Continuing Care team.

What you will need:

• Master’s degree; four units completed in a Clinical Pastoral Education Program.
• Ordination credentials or endorsement by a faith community are preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years work experience in a chaplain role in hospice, hospital, or skilled nursing facility.
• Accredited chaplaincy certification or in progress.
