We are looking to add a part- time position to our activities team at Maria Joseph!
As an Activities Aide, you'll assist in the planning, developing, organizing and implementing of the activity program under the supervision of the Activity Director.
You will also assist in the creation of a weekly activity calendar for residents of different functioning levels. You may also be asked to escort residents To and from dinning areas during meals.
You will need to keep an accurate record for each resident you work with and report any changes in a resident's condition to the nursing department immediately.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN ACTIVITIES AIDE
- Previous experience in a geriatric role preferred but not required.
