Job Description
The Streaming Operations - Solutions & Data Management team is responsible for leading content experience and storefront management via rights administration, content availability management, validation, and publishing, issue remediation and end to end streaming supply chain orchestration to execute a cohesive strategic content approach for the service(s).
The Streaming Operations - Data Associate Content Operations Associate will be the coordinating point of Contact to partner with Global Content Programming, Platform Distribution Rights
management and Distribution Planning & Analysis teams to ensure all defined scope and plans intended for the projects as determined by team lead are executed successfully.
??? Verify project scope and plans are moving along per specifications, are accurate and updated in a timely manner and remediate with teams to resolve issues and questions.
??? Track change, communications and stakeholder updates as required to ensure team goals are on track.
??? Create documentation for internal and external workflows as well as for training needs.
??? Participate in various projects that are required by the department to maintain data consistency/integrity.
??? Maintain global rights clearance workflows to clear titles and confirm offers for all
Streaming workflows.
??? Create and maintain solutions on collaboration tools such as AirTable, GoogleSheets, SmartSheets to manage cross-functional workflows. Have experience using other data presentation and rights management tools.
??? Possess excel, data analysis and assessment skills.
??? Run reports, assess rights/licensing transactions and lead special streaming projects using expertise to meet stakeholder needs and department objectives.
Basic Qualifications
??? 2-3 years of experience in streaming operations / Distribution Operations
??? Candidates must be local to Burbank / Glendale, CA
??? Experience in Media & Entertainment industry preferred
??? Experience with rights and content management processes
Applications/Systems/Tools knowledge:
??? SaaS tools such as Rightsline, Salesforce - highly desirable
??? Atlassian Suite (JIRA/Confluence)
??? Project Management & Tracking tools such as Airtable.com, Smartsheets
??? Microsoft O365 Suite (Excel, Powerpoint, Sharepoint etc.)
??? Google Suite (Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.
