We are seeking a Content Marketer Contractor to join Oshi Health's growth marketing team on a part-time basis! In this role, you'll support writing, editing, and proofreading to acquire, engage, and retain Oshi Health members. This role reports to the Senior Manager of Content Marketing and is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team, make a big impact, and help us scale Oshi Health's business as we continue to build new partnerships with employer groups, health plans, and more.

Some areas you'll work on:
- Writing, editing, and developing marketing assets: Assist with creation of new acquisition assets, including email, direct mail, landing pages, SEO-optimized blog content, newsletters, social media, and more for patient/consumer audience, under supervision of Senior Manager of Content Marketing.
Applying brand standards to marketing materials: Using existing content templates, updating and applying partner disclaimer information and more. Continually look for opportunities to enhance and iterate on current templates. Proofreading/quality assurance: Bring attention to detail to review print and digital materials prior launch to ensure accuracy Content management support: Help develop and manage content, using tools like WordPress, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, JIRA, and more
- Content/campaign research, testing, and data insights: Support research and leverage best practices with marketing materials to iterate content and improve patient experiences on ongoing basis
Qualities we're looking for in candidates:
- Excellent eye for detail and fine print; can write, edit, and proofread content to drive patient enrollment, engagement, and retention
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including ability to create compelling content across channels and apply brand voice and tone consistently
- Strong organizational skills and project management experience to support timely client deliverables, including ability to balance multiple priorities at once and meet deadlines
- Creative mindset and proactive attitude, ready to roll up your sleeves and serve the mission and goals wherever there is a need
What you'll bring to the team:
- Minimum 3-5 years previous marketing writing experience, preferably in a D2C or digital marketing environment
- Experience with healthcare marketing; expertise in driving patient enrollment and engagement and an understanding of the sensitivity/potential stigma around GI issues
- Proven ability to proofread quickly and accurately
- Experienced writer with strong communication skills and ability to communicate cross-functionally
- Good knowledge of various content channels such as social media, blogs, print, as well as SEO
- Interest in and ability to use campaign data insights to make content recommendations
- Experience using tools like WordPress, Semrush, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and JIRA
- Confident working in a highly fast-paced environment with multiple projects and quick turn-arounds
