We are looking for a highly creative and talented team player with high attention to detail to join our team with a role as the Content Creator & Marketing Coordinator. Responsibilities
- Responsible for understanding and leveraging analytics to drive results and achieve business goals
- Responsible for staying up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
- Design and implement marketing strategy to align with business goals
- Set specific objectives and report on ROI
- Monitoring SEO and web traffic metrics
- Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistency
- Create original and engaging text and video content
- Suggest new features to develop brand awareness via social media, such as promotions and competitions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and marketing trends
Minimum Qualifications & Skills
- 1+ years experience marketing for a retailer or consumer brand, or hands-on experience in content creation/ management
- Excellent writing, grammar, and communication skills
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Excellent analytical and multitasking skills
- Stellar organizational skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and communicate progress under tight deadlines
- Ability to consistently deliver creative content (text, image, and video)
- Strong familiarity with social publishing tools, especially Facebook and Instagram, and how to strategize each to create success
- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics
- Strong familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace
- Knowledge of online marketing channels
- Familiarity with web design recommended
- Minor coding recommended but not required
