The Content Creator is responsible for the ideation and creation of content that connects our brands (Idaho Steelheads, Front Street Fights, Idaho Central Arena, Block 22 Hotels) to our prospective audiences. The content creation role encapsulates video and photo production plus other media that provide value and connect people to our target audience. Ultimately, an exceptional fit for this role will promote collaboration between internal stakeholders to ensure consistency in our company outputs.
- Brainstorm with the Creative Services team to create relevant and engaging content that will deliver results.
- Help direct and complete various photo/video shoots to be placed on the team and arena's social media and websites.
- Help develop a social media calendar for all properties and meet those deadlines.
- Using social media to engage consumers, respond to questions, and promote company initiatives.
- Suggesting new ways to promote company offerings and ways to reach new consumers.
- The ability to cut down your own work, catch flaws or typos and produce polished deliverables.
- Assist the Creative Team with the design and tracking of promotional materials.
- Help film/edit interviews and videos produced by our Video Coordinator and Director of Broadcasting.
- Accomplishment videos/reels for our brands.
- Hype videos for upcoming Idaho Steelheads, Front Street Fights, and Idaho Central Arena events with quick edits for social.
- Post-game presser and highlights.
- Photos from Idaho Steelheads, Front Street Fights, and Idaho Central Arena events.
- Video content from Idaho Steelheads, Front Street Fights, and Idaho Central Arena events.
- Create trending tiktoks/reels.
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in creating strong, engaging content. Must submit work samples or portfolio link.
- An understanding of social media best practices.
- Demonstrated skill in Adobe systems and teamwork.
- Strong listening and communication skills.
- Capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
