Key Responsibilities:The Staff Planning Representative supports the analysts on all staffing and scheduling initiatives. Maintain accurate staffing information in Workforce Management including but not limited to shift schedules, shift trades, shift adjustments, training rosters, headcount, sick, and other staffing initiatives. Maintain accurate employee records. Provides direction and mentors back-office support team. Support the development, implementation, and administer initiatives to increase/decrease staffing. Administer all time-off programs. Collaborate with analysts on staffing requirements and award time off as appropriate. Administer, and maintain employee shift and vacation bids. Support agents by being available to answer questions or concerns regarding staffing and time-off issues. This position is hybrid and based in either Chicago or Houston.

What's needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year call center operations/staffing experience
- Excel - Intermediate level required
- Flexible work schedule (Weekends and Evenings)
- Must have strong organizational skills
- Ability to Multi-Task
- Collaboration skills
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
- Reliable, punctual attendance is a crucial function of the position
- Associate degree or 2 years of relevant work experience
- 1-2 years workforce management experience
- Experience with a Workforce Management application is preferred (Aspect, Verint. eGain)
