Contact Center Associate Trainer
Location: Bridgeport, CT
Overview:
Schedule, and deliver internal training programs to increase job related skills and knowledge in support of the needs of the assigned businesses
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver routine classroom and internal training programs at any of several training locations to support needs of assigned business.
- Assist in development of appropriate training materials for training classes.
- Assist with course evaluations and suggest changes. Adhere to applicable compliance/operational risk controls in accordance with Company or regulatory standards and policies.
- Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the M&T Bank brand.
- Maintain M&T internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable.
- Complete other related duties as assigned.
Education and Experience Required:
High School or GED
2 years related business experience
Education and Experience Preferred:
Full knowledge of activities and procedures of own job; Good understanding of how the team integrates with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area
