Job Summary:
As a Consulting Solutions Architect (CSA) you will play a critical role in the Milwaukee area.
The role of the CSA is to provide a business focused approach and high touch engagement with a select number of high profile accounts.
The CSA evangelizes Presidio product offerings and new vendor technologies within those select customers.
The CSA is primarily responsible for uncovering new opportunities with the customer, quarterbacking multiple concurrent technical initiatives and developing the trusted advisor role with the assigned accounts.
Additionally, the CSA maintains our market beating pre-sales capabilities, drives the expansion of our services business and aligns appropriately with our vendor partners in those assigned clients.
The Consulting Solution Architect is responsible for supporting our clients, our sales teams, our pre-sales teams and our services teams with excellent technical and services knowledge in a highly professional, efficient and always constructive manner.
Travel Requirements:
This position involves up to 25% travel in the region. It will be based in the Milwaukee, WI area.
Job Responsibilities:
Full understanding of the customer business model, strategy, and objectives
Full understanding of the customer metrics for measuring success, both at the individual and at the corporate level
Be in total agreement with your account manager for strategy in covered account(s)
Establish bi-weekly or monthly account review sessions with AM’s
Gains the trust of assigned accounts through technical relationship building, undoubted integrity, ability to lead and constant professionalism
Be able to message Presidio’s entire portfolio of offerings, our capabilities and position Presidio’s broad solutions set
Drives services and product sales across all areas either through primary knowledge or through the assistance of subject matter experts.
Provide strategic consulting and advice to our primary assigned clients
Be the technical lead on all multi-practice engagements
Provide thought leadership to our clients as they operate and transform their businesses.
Update SFDC with relevant account information and activity
Be involved, on a regular basis, onsite with assigned clients
Engage proactively with assigned accounts, including initiation of strategic meetings
Required Skills:
Self motivated
Excellent communication skills & public speaking ability
One or more of the following:
Thorough understanding of Networking Architecture, Cloud Networking, and Network Automation
Thorough understanding of Data Center Software Defined Architecture
Thorough understanding of Collaboration Systems and Architecture
Thorough understanding of Security Frameworks and their applicable use cases
Additional Desired Skills:
Al/ML Understanding
Observability
Cloud Hyper-Scaler
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience
7+ years of overall relevant experience including 5+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, Consulting, Enterprise Architecture design OR 5+ years of experience as a technology executive.
