- 5+ years of experience serving as information technology or windows administrator for application, system, software, database, or other technology platforms.
- 5+ years of experience with Windows Administration
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or engineering field. Minimum of 4 – 8 years. Experience in problem resolution with IT systems and individuals. Ability to interact with clients in a clear, concise, professional manner.
- Lead Technical Support
- PowerShell Experience
- Software Administration
- Strong background in automation and scripting in a Windows Environment.
- Understands the basic infrastructure for network, database, security, monitoring, and documenting technology platforms.
