Consultant Nurse For Long Term Care Pharmacy

Qualifications

• Licensed nurse (NP/RN/LPN/LVN) with current Arizona State license.

• Established experience in nursing field with recent managerial experience in Long Term care nursing facility.

• Ability to travel regularly

• Valid driver's license

• negotiation skills and excellent communication skills

• previous managerial experience as DON or executive director

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide consultation and guidance to Director of Nursing related to assigned community clinical and reimbursement needs

• Provide routine and periodic onsite assessments of clinical process

• Create action plans related to the clinical assessment outcomes

• Develop a relationship with the director of nurse and the nursing leadership to maintain the clinical assessment outcomes and reimbursement opportunities

• Provide continues education, orientations and onboarding of Directors of Nursing and/or nurse leadership
