We're looking for a Construction Superintendentto join our collaborative project team in Spring Valley, NY working on projects that will enhance the lives of K-12 students! In this role you will provide support to the Sr. Project Manager with full-time onsite presence for the duration of project. You'll be accountable for developing and communicating project work plans, monitoring manpower and performance against the work plans, and performing detailed comparisons of the design drawings against each other to ensure coordination between each of the various project trades. You'll also be monitoring daily field reports and field coordination between contractors.

- 5-8 years' experience in construction involving multiple phases of large-scale building/rehabilitation projects
- Demonstrated working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building
- OSHA 30 Certification
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work 2nd shift when needed
Ideally, You'll Also Have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Architecture, or Engineering

The base salary range for this position is $120,000 to $150,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
