Under the limited supervision of the Infrastructure Manager, provide overall administrative and technical direction to a team of construction foremen responsible for the safe and efficient execution of all greenfield construction and brownfield maintenance and optimization work.

Responsibilities- Responsible for setting companywide policies for construction operations, in accordance with all applicable regulatory requirements
- Organizational authority on all aspects of oilfield construction
- Balances construction resource availability to meet the demands of all operating areas, deploying team members as necessary
- Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts regarding construction and field operations and maintenance\
- Active participant in all greenfield development infrastructure design and execution meetings
- Responsible for purchasing items needed for construction within designated approval authority
- Negotiates pricing for materials and labor
- Effectively communicates with vendors and other company contacts
- Lead Pre Startup Safety Reviews and proactive in exercising stop work authority
- Supports the Operations team during the startup of new facilities and pipelines
- Ensures the quality of all Construction Job Books
- Must have an exceptional understanding of how oil and gas production facilities operate and how they are constructed
- Experienced with designing and building infrastructure to support an oil and gas development program
- Acts with integrity and is proactive in escalating issues
- Can easily read P&IDs, Isometric Drawings, C&Es, and Alignment Sheets
- Able to create and verify weld maps
- Understands ASME B31.3, B31.4 & B31.8
- 15+ years experience in Oil and Gas Construction
- 10+ years experience in Surface Facility Construction
- 10+ years experience in Pipeline Construction
- Mastery of welding standards and welder qualifications
