Responsibilities
- Assist Superintendent with on-site administrative and technical management of the construction site.
- Assist with supervising total construction effort to ensure project is constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule.
- Assist with supervision of craft employee/subcontractors.
- Assist project management in developing and implementing project procedures, working documents, and standards.
- Provide technical assistance like interpretation of drawings, recommending construction methods and equipment as required.
- 5-10 years of construction experience.
- Relevant experience on Military construction projects worth $5 million or more.
- $75,000 to $85,000 salary range
- The offered rate will be based on the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience.
