Title: Construction Site Safety Specialist

Overview: We are on the hunt for a motivated Construction Site Safety Specialist in the vibrant San Francisco Bay Area. This pivotal role involves the oversight of safety protocols on the Construction Site, adherence to OSHA standards, and the promotion of a secure working atmosphere. Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and oversee safety policies and procedures on the Construction Site.
• Carry out frequent site inspections and risk evaluations to identify potential hazards.
• Deliver comprehensive safety training and education to all staff members.
• Ensure strict compliance with OSHA 500 standards and additional relevant safety regulations.
• Investigate, document, and report all incidents and accidents occurring on-site.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience specializing in Construction Site Safety.
• Possession of OSHA 500 certification is mandatory.
• CHST (Certified Health and Safety Technician) and STS (Safety Trained Supervisor) certifications are highly desirable.
• Residency in or around the San Francisco Bay Area with a consistent work history.
• An Associate's degree in a related discipline would be beneficial.
