We are a small business and is a 100% minority-owned enterprise, certified under the Small Business Administration's 8(a) program. We primarily are a federal govt. contractor with current and upcoming design-build and multi-year JOC type contracts on multiple military bases around Alaska.
General Contractor that serves the Eagle River, AK area and specializes in Door and Window Hardware, Window Wall Assemblies, Electrical, Metals, Windows, Plastic Composite Fabrications, Project Management and Coordination, Plaster and Gypsum Board, Wood Framing, Glass and Glazing, Translucent Wall and Roof Assemblies, Demolition, Rough Carpentry, Flooring, Specialty Doors and Frames, Painting and Coatings, General Construction Management, Countertops, Roof Windows and Skylights, Louvers, Vents, Ceilings, Wall Finishes, Entrances and Storefronts, Doors and Frames, Curtain Wall and Glazed Assemblies, Finish Carpentry, Tile.
We currently seeking to immediately fill a Construction Quality Control Manager position for the Fairbanks/North Pole area.

Job Details
We currently seeking to immediately fill a Construction Quality Control Manager position for the Fairbanks/North Pole area.
- Must have thorough knowledge of DOD/USACE construction and have completed USACE-QCM for Contractors.
- To qualify, the applicant must possess one of the following criteria: -
- graduate engineer, graduate architect, or a graduate with a BS degree in construction management or be a licensed journeyman, and have a minimum of (5) five years construction experience on commercial construction projects.
- Operations of the latest Windows programs, OSHA 30 Construction, HAZCOM Train the Trainer, Lead Awareness Certified, First Aid and CPR certifications required; International Code Council (ICC) certified as a Commercial Building Inspector is a plus.
