Position: Construction Project Supervisor

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Supervisor to oversee and manage Construction Projects from start to finish. Must be proficient and experienced in Site Work. The Construction Project Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations. This is a full-time position based on the island of Oahu, Hawaii.

Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site

- Manage and perform tasks in the field as needed
- Review project plans and specifications to ensure accuracy and feasibility
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to Project Manager
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety guidelines, and regulations
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve any issues that may arise during construction
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications
- Train and mentor construction workers on proper techniques and safety procedures

Qualifications and Skills:
- At least 4 years previous experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role

-At least 4 years previous experience in Site Work

-Experience in working with public works projects (prevailing wage-Chapter 104)
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and project specifications
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

-Proficient in using a computer/iPad with programs such as Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) as well as use of OneDrive and iCloud

Work Location:

Multiple locations throughout the island of Oahu

Pay:

$40-$53 per hour plus fringe

Schedule:

- 8 hours/day

-Monday to Friday, day shift

-Weekends and nights as needed
