Construction Project Manager
Our established & locally well-known construction firm is rapidly growing, and we have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team of professionals. We are a residential & commercial general contractor that specializes in Insulated Concrete Form Walls (ICF).
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for a full-time permanent position in Brevard County. This position will take charge of managing the entire project from initial planning to completion. This position offers competitive pay and excellent benefits!

Travel:
Periodic travel to project job sites will be required.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Assist in the estimating process & review estimates for accuracy.
- Communicate and follow up with clients about specific projects and their goals.
- Generate invoices for clients based on services rendered.
- Prepare thorough scopes of work and written estimates for clients based on labor, materials, equipment and other expenses.
- Visit project sites to evaluate progress and to respond to customers' concerns or questions.
- Establish and maintain working relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Communicate with site superintendents about delays and any other issues that must be communicated to clients.
- Prepare, manage and maintain RFI documents, product submittals and O&M manuals.
- Create and present reports to upper management.
- Direct and oversee Construction Projects from conception to completion while monitoring compliance with safety and building regulations.
- Prepare external and internal reports relating to job status, daily progress, estimates, and deliverables.
- Order and manage materials and equipment.
- Ensure all legal requirements, building and safety codes, safety inspections, city/county guidelines, and local state regulations are met.
- Manage all facets of the project including planning, design coordination, construction, occupancy, and closeout to deliver the project on time, within budget and to all applicable quality standards.
- Demonstrate the ability to read, understand and apply complex documents including but not limited to agreements/contracts, leases, proposals, technical specifications, surveys, architectural and shop drawings, and product data.
- Prepare scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimate and budget, cash flow, work plan schedule and milestones including critical path analysis, quality control, and risk identification.
- Interface with customers, company staff, local entities including municipal/county/State agencies staffs.
- Track progress of each project component against goals, objectives, approved budgets, and approved timelines. Create an action plan to resolve issues.
- Maintain customer satisfaction, quality, cost, safety, and employee harmony.
- Utilize exceptional communication skills and personality to communicate with customers, motivates all team members, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager in construction.
- Experienced in using Procore for project management is a must.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, general computer use, and Project Management Software.
- Strong skills in computer use, communication, time management, leadership, and multitasking.
- In-depth understanding of construction processes, project management principles, blueprints, and drawings.
- Familiarity with AIA Construction Documents, contract terms, and financial management.
- Knowledge of construction, engineering, and architecture principles.
- Ability to budget, schedule, negotiate, control costs, and adhere to strict deadlines.
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal building codes.
- Self-motivated with a high level of financial responsibility and attention to detail.
- Experience in managing Construction Projects up to $5 million preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
