Construction Project Manager - Texas

At Integrated Water Services (IWS), WE MAKE WATER BETTER!  In business for over 20 years, we provide our customers with solutions to manage drinking and wastewater, to protect people and the environment.  We serve clients ranging from real estate developers, governments, and food and beverage and industrial manufacturers.  And we are growing! 

IWS is looking for a CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER to support the growth of the company.  

Responsibilities include:  

• Manage Construction Project through all phases including pre-job, mobilization, construction, and closeout. 

• Ensure consistent adherence to contract terms and plans and specifications 
• Manage contracts, sub-contractors, and vendors to job deliverables and schedules 
• Establish and maintain positive client relations 

The ideal candidate will have: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering  

• 5+ years of heavy civil construction, preferably in water treatment or wastewater construction 
• Able to travel out of town to job sites

Salary range:  $140-$160k
