If you are an experienced Construction Project Manager with a passion for excellence and a track record of success, we want you to be a part of our ambitious project.About the Role: As the Construction Project Manager for our Luxury Manufactured Housing Development, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our vision to life. You will lead external vendor partners and internal processes, ensuring the successful execution of the project from conception to completion. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of a groundbreaking initiative that combines cutting-edge design with the highest construction standards.Key Responsibilities: Collaborates with other staff to create pre construction estimates and budgets for materials and labor. Coordinates and schedules the work activities of tradespeople, professionals, and laborers, communicating to and via the project foreperson to deliver instructions and project assignments as appropriate. Regularly inspects work for quality and timeliness; prepares and provides progress reports to owners and architects; makes recommendations for necessary modifications. Collaborates with manufacturers, engineers, and other pertinent stakeholders to ensure specifications, zoning requirements, and other regulations are met. Source and monitor work of subcontractors and home manufacturers; provides follow-up to ensure completion of work and accurate, timely deliveries. Procures manufactured homes from manufacturers and manages installments within specified timelines. Understands project scope and executes company processes, policies, and procedures accurately. Obtains required permits and licenses; executes construction contracts according to terms of agreement. Monitors budget throughout the project and communicates variances as they occur. Maintains records related to costs and inventory. Addresses any safety violations or other deficiencies; comply with safety and building codes as well as legal requirements. Understand scope of work included in original pro forma budget and advise management of any revisions that may need necessary. Provides updates of project timetables, budget, and deliverables to internal stakeholders. Maintain good working relationships with all subcontractors and develop good community relations with local civil and government agencies, utilities, vendors, and other businesses. Identify problems early and act immediately to provide solutions.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in construction management, or a combination of education and related field experience. Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, preferably in Commercial Real Estate, single family or multifamily construction development. Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction management software, PlanGrid, Procore, Bluebeam, Excel, Word, Microsoft Project scheduling software. Excellent leadership and communication skills.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office SuiteBenefits: Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
