We are seeking a Construction Project Manager for Home Exteriors to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. This is a salary plus a generous bonus structure for completed projects.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of Construction Project from planning to implementation
- Allocate resources for assigned projects
- Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
- Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
- Familiarity with construction management software or CRM a plus
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
We are a preferred Home Exteriors remodeling company who cares about our employees and our customers. We are a growing company with room for advancement. We offer a competitive salary, and a 1% bonus on all completed sales. Monthly bonus can range from $3k to $10k for the right Project Manager.
