Communicate and ensure all company policies and procedures are understood and followed by on-site crew.

Requirements:
· Construction: 5 Years (Required)
· Management: 2 Years (Required)
· Basic understanding of Residential Construction best practices
· Blueprint reading and take offs
· Knowledge of MS Office Suite
· Proficiency with Builder Trend or other construction management software is a plus but not required
· Highly organized with understanding of construction management processes.
· Previous experience in a leadership role with strong and proven leadership skills
· Have a genuine desire to be a team player and able to work both collaboratively and independently
· Must be able to handle pressure, meet deadlines and learn from mistakes - Be Teachable
· Provide strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
· Take appropriate initiatives, be proactive, motivated and dependable.

Project Manager Job Responsibilities Include:
· Oversee Construction Projects from beginning to end
· Manage the budget and estimate costs
· Ensure supplies and equipment are ordered and delivered according to schedule
· Supervise permitting and coordinate with various governing agencies and inspectors.
· Work together with coworkers as a Team
· Maintain frequent communication with other team members to ensure quality standards, budgets, and timelines are met
· Obtain proposals from subcontractors for all phases of work based on project scope of work
· Manage, supervise, and quality check the activities of on-site crew and subcontractors
· Monitor the execution and implementation of the project schedule and provide detail to management and clients on progress of projects
· Prepare reports regarding job status
· Ensure all deadlines are met
· Assist in hiring of contractors and staff including construction laborers
· Conduct site checks to monitor progress and quality standards
· Work with Builder Trend to organize job information and document progress
