Position Summary:
Noble Building & Development is seeking an experienced Project Manager for new building and remodeling Construction Projects. The candidate will be responsible for the overall construction of projects assigned. The successful candidate must possess the knowledge, experience and confidence to engage and professionally interact with the design professionals, consultants and clients while successfully directing the Site Superintendent, Estimating and other construction related personnel in planning, coordinating and safely executing the work in accordance with the contract documents, schedule and budget. This individual will work closely with the primary client, consultants and fulfill an integral role and be responsible holding all participants accountable in all aspects of the project.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Preparation, Review and Finalization of the project schedule.
- Review the project plans and specifications and comment on the building design, scheduling, possible cost savings measures and potential construction problems/solutions.
- Assist estimating in preparation of project budgets
- Manage the general conditions budget in conjunction with the project schedule
- Assist in assembling the job site office, utilities and equipment requirements.
- Have confidence in own ability to intelligently communicate with design team, client, staff, subcontractors, suppliers and vendors.
- Provide oversite and expedite all shop drawings, submittals and approvals.
- Monitor and maintain the project construction schedule on a weekly basis.
- Raise and discuss relevant issues at the job site meetings. Prepare and issue minutes of all site meetings.
- Inform the consultant/client of any errors, discrepancies or omissions contained within the consultant's design drawings.
- Expedite all RFCO costs and maintain current RFCO logs.
- Monitor site safety and ensure that the requirements of the Occupation Health and Safety Act are enforced.
- Ensure completion of and track all independent testing and inspections as required.
- Review and issue monthly progress payment applications to consultant/client.
- Maintain and enforce good construction standards and quality control.
- Control and monitor labor, material, subcontractor, supplier, vendor expenses.
- Prepare monthly cost forecasting summaries.
- Ensure that "as-built" drawings are prepared on an ongoing basis by all trades during the construction period and issue final "close-outs” to consultant/client accordingly.
- Ensure all required municipal inspections are performed.
- Prepare and expedite project deficiency lists.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of five (5) years experience as a Project Manager on new-building and renovation/remodel commercial and/or industrial projects.
- College Degree in a construction related field or proven experience.
- Must have an understanding of construction terms, scheduling, problem solving and planning concepts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project.
- Excellent organizational, presentation and interpersonal skills.

- Hours: 40-50 (or as required)
