Construction Project Manager

We are seeking Construction Project Managers with commercial building experience as an Owner's Representative or General Contractor. This is a long-term, full-time, on-site opportunity in Sacramento, CA.

• Programming and design management
• Design/Build procurement experience
• Strong cost, schedule, quality, and document control experience
• On-site construction management experience
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills are required
• Public/commercial building project experience is required (offices, schools, historic, hospitals, multi-family housing, etc.)
• Self-motivated to do the right thing and protect the client's best interests
