Overview:
We are seeking a Project Administrator who has administrative experience, preferably in the construction industry. The Ideal candidate should be detail oriented, self-motivated, have a great attitude, function well working with a team, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our company.
Responsibilities:
- Complete assigned tasks as instructed by the Project Team.
- Track all labor hours and materials purchased to compile into the required reports for monthly invoicing.
- Enter all payroll data into certified payroll format weekly.
- Management of subcontractors including management of all required documents per contract obligations.
- Collect operations and maintenance manual data from subcontractors/vendors to compile for submission upon project completion.
- Punch-list activity tracking and document control.
- Maintain organized project files and records.
- Research documentation discrepancies/issues as needed and communicate issues with project manager.
Experience:
- Proven experience in construction administration or related field.
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
