We are seeking outstanding individuals who are looking for new challenges and opportunities to join our high performing team. As a full-time Shipping Associate in our Operations Team, you will help deliver on our brand promise, "What you want, when you need it" by picking and packing orders with pinpoint accuracy and speed, ensuring all orders ship on time and by supporting our teams as needed.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Picking and packing work in a timely, accurate and complete manner.
- Performing quality assurance: verify item count and identity accuracy of products, ensuring packages are shipped to the correct location and service level.
- Replenishing products and back-stock inventory items.
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organized work-space at all times.

- The ability to lift 50-100 pounds repeatedly.
- The availability to work regular daytime hours M-F.
This is a full-time, hourly position based in Urbana, IA, just off I-380 between Cedar Rapids and Waterloo.
