The position is located in Atwater Village in Los Angeles.
The Maintenance Technician contributes to AHF by projecting and integrating our mission and values, to the public through preventative maintenance of both leased and owned properties for the Western Bureau as well as maintaining property and performing renovations as needed.
The Maintenance Technician should perform regular electrical and mechanical inspections, at AHF housing locations, and detect any malfunctions, conduct repairs and refurbishing properties. The Maintenance Technician should always comply with industry standards and safety conditions. Duties also includes collaborating with the Director of Asset Management/Real Estate Portfolio, Finance and departments on functionality of machinery and equipment.
The Maintenance Technician adds value to AHF by adapting to situations, being flexible, accommodating and having excellent attitude and willingness to help.
