Construction Loan Post Closer-In Office

Level Capital LLC is a private portfolio lender specializing in providing Construction Loans to homebuilders and investors. We are a small and rapidly growing company that is preparing for strong growth in the coming years as we focus on expanding capital options for independent home builders.

This is an in-office position with no remote or hybrid options.

What you’ll do at Level:

• Receive document packages; verify accuracy and completion
• Prepare document packages for investors in electronic and hard-copy
• Collect, send and store trailing document such as Title Policies, Recorded Deeds of Trust, extensions, and modifications
• Record assignments and other original documents
• Manage and process reconveyances
• Upload documents to proprietary systems, ensure hard-copies are digitally stored
• Assist in obtaining signatures and notarization of forms 
• Check mail in outside mailbox
• Open, log, scan, and distribute mail and packages
• Create UPS labels, setting up package pick ups

• Mortgage and/or construction experience a plus
• Knowledge of construction and mortgage loan terminology ideal
