TEC Development is seeking a Construction Laborer to work on various commercial construction projects including new builds and remodels. This job may require some out-of-town stays for the work week with weekends off.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00Am - 3:30PM

- General labor duties at construction sites in varying degrees of completion
- Receive materials and deliver to appropriate area on worksite
- Clean up and maintenance of job sites to meet safety standards
- Light experience with general construction; commercial construction preferred.
- Valid driver's license and ability to meet insurance requirements.
- This is a physical job and requires the ability to lift up to 75 lbs without assistance, constant movement, and exposure to outdoor elements.
- Must be able to work with heights.
- Must be able to work in safe and alert manner at all times.
- Must be able to have reliable attendance.
- Flexible and able to adapt to new ways of doing things.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work without constant supervision.
