Position Summary / Nature of Work
Works under general supervision of the Foreman to assure the proper, safe, efficient, and timely completion of landscape installation projects.
Essential Functions of the Job:
- Loading, unloading, lifting and moving materials
- Excavation and hand trenching
- Use of small power tools
- Site Clean up
- Pipe installation, preparation and gluing
- Cement and concrete work and mixing
- Use of small machinery
Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years experience in residential or commercial landscape
- At least 1 year of experience in Landscape Construction or related trade
- Commercial irrigation experience required
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to follow instruction
- Ability to show up for work on time each day
Preferred:
- Working knowledge of power tools its care, proper use, and related safety requirements
- Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in the field

- Constantly required to talk, hear, see, sit, stand and walk

- Frequently required to reach, bend, twist, stoop, crouch, climb and balance
- Frequently required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
