Construction Laborer

Pennington Home Remodeling is expanding. We are a small family-owned and operated company based out of Bel Air and are looking to hire a full-time (M-F, 7:30 am-4:30 pm) Construction Laborer to assist the foreman with day-to-day construction activities such as framing, flooring, tiling, light carpentry, etc. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Responsibilities:
- Assist with various construction tasks, such as digging trenches, laying concrete, and operating heavy machinery.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and ensure that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations on the job site.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy objects.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment.

Skills:
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor tasks.
- Knowledge of basic construction techniques and tools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or construction plans.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in work.
