Landscaping / construction Laborer

```Overview:```
We are seeking a dedicated Landscape / Construction Laborer to join our team. As a Landscape/ Construction Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to landscaping construction and grounds maintenance. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and have a passion for creating and maintaining beautiful landscapes.

```Duties:```
- Perform tree, bush, and other plant trimming, shaping, and pruning to maintain the health and appearance of plants
- Assist with hardscape construction projects, including building retaining walls, patios, walkways, and any other landscaping/ construction features.
- Use hand tools and equipment to install and maintain irrigation systems.
- Plant, water, and maintain flowers, shrubs, and other plants
- Mow lawns, trim edges, blow off sidewalks and remove weeds to keep landscapes looking neat and well-maintained.
- Assist with snow plowing/ shoveling/ blowing during winter months.

-To preform any kind of landscape construction and landscaping maintenance work.

```Qualifications:```

-Valid driver license/ ID
- Previous experience in landscaping or related field preferred
- Knowledge of mechanical equipment used in landscaping operations
- Familiarity with hardscape construction techniques
- Ability to use hand tools effectively and safely
- Understanding of plant care practices, including trimming and pruning
- Knowledge of irrigation systems and their installation/maintenance
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
• Weekends as needed
