Pratt Family Enterprises LLC is a small construction business out of Richland, WA currently working on large projects in Pendleton and Hermiston, OR. We are professional, agile and challenging.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the construction of buildings, and other structures
- Load and unload materials and equipment at the construction site
- Operate hand tools and power tools as directed by the construction crew
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with measuring, cutting, and assembling materials
- Perform basic maintenance on tools and equipment

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and take direction from more experienced workers

-Drug and alcohol free. Regular testing

Skills:
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor tasks
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of construction techniques and materials
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with coworkers

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
